- N.B. Anonymous entries only—so please do not put your name anywhere on the submitted document, only in the body of your email.

- We must ask that all poems should be the submitter’s original work and that they own all publication rights.

- We are happy to accept unpublished poems and those previously published in magazines only. For the latter, please give details in the submissions email.

- You can submit UoG assessment work, and yes, we have checked! - Please submit your entries to: Voicesanthologyuog@gmail.com with ‘Poetry Submission’ in the subject box.

- We’d also like you to include a 50-word biog in the submissions email. We’d like to know a little about you and your work. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t been published.

- Successful entrants will be contacted within five weeks of the deadline.

- Occasionally the editors may suggest edits but will liaise with poets.

- Now for the firm bit—the editors’ decision is final, and we are unable to offer feedback. Sorry.

We love well-considered, well-crafted poetry, whose form compliments voice. Send us poetry that knows what it’s doing, that takes risks and whose language makes the reader engage, not just listen. Let your voices sing, be powerful or playful, transfix us with your word-music. Keep us at the mind’s edge until we just can’t let you go!
